Alpha Relief Director participates in D.C. Symposium

Alpha Relief Director, Chris Moore, has been invited by the White House to be a regular participant in the White House Office of Faith-Based and Community Initiative’s monthly Roundtable meetings in Washington D.C. The first symposium Chris attended gathered organizations dedicated to eliminating poverty. Among those represented were Planet Aid, Angel Food Ministries, and World Vision.

Alpha Relief looks forward to the ongoing networking possibilities offered by these meetings, and the potential that exists in these venues to influence national policy regarding faith-based, non-governmental organizations.
