“Send the Light” Benefit Dinner 2008

A multitude of volunteers have been working endlessly to make this a successful event! As we draw closer to the time of the affair, electricity begins to build. Decoration teams are buzzing around in excitement, invitations are being addressed with intense accuracy, and coordinators are specifying who is doing what and what will be where.
However confusing or however stressful, it will be an event to be remembered. Alpha Relief will be highlighting vision, motivation, and the courage that the contacts have who work in the fields. Light will be shed on heartbreaking events that are taking place everyday. Money will be raised to continue sending food aid and other things to the people who need it the most.
As much as we wanted to extent the invitation to each of our partners, the plan for the Banquet is to awaken awareness in the community as well as broaden our base of involved individuals. Please pray that the people that the Lord wants there will be in attendance.
It will be another day that will make a world of difference in someones life.
