The Body of Christ needs to know…

The Body of Christ (a.k.a. the Church) needs to know what is happening to the Body of Christ. It’s amazing how long I’ve been a Christian and absolutely unaware of what my fellow brothers and sisters are undergoing for something we both share: Faith in Christ Jesus. I have enjoyed many cozy and comfortable “services” in our well lit church buildings all over the U.S. Meanwhile our brothers and sisters in China and North Korea, are meeting in dark rooms, with the shutters closed, drawing their voices to a whisper just to talk about Jesus and read the Word of God. While outside there are armed soldiers diligently hunting down “Believers”. Martyerdom isn’t a thing of the past, it is a very large, powerful, and active animal consuming those who Call on the name of Jesus right now. It is time that we, the Body of Christ is aware of what is happening to it.

There will be more to follow in the coming days. In the meantime, please pray for our brothers and sisters that are undergoing persecution right now as we sit in our air conditioned offices reading this very blog.
